Late arrivals
If you're running late, we'll do our best to accommodate you. To avoid delaying the next client, your treatment may be shortened. Full fees will still apply.
Soak-offs
A soak-off without a re-application is charged at our standard soak-off fee: R90 for gel, R100 for acrylic, and R150 with a lavender base. If your nails were originally done with us, the soak-off is complimentary.
Deposits and cancellations
We don't take deposits, and we don't charge for cancellations.
Prices
Prices may change in line with supplier and product costs.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers available. Vouchers can be bought against anything on the price list.
Opening hours
- Summer, 1 September – 30 April: Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00
- Winter, 1 May – 31 August: Mon–Fri 8:00–16:30
- Saturday: 8:00–13:00 year-round
- Closed Sundays and public holidays
Your privacy
Sarah & Co. Beauty (Sarah Fyvie, Shop 8, St John's Lifestyle Centre, Karkloof Road, Howick, KwaZulu-Natal) is the responsible party for any personal information you share with us through this website. Sarah Fyvie is our Information Officer.
When you contact us (by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through our booking system), we collect only what you give us: your name and contact details, and any details about the appointment or enquiry itself. We use this to respond to you and to book and manage your appointment, and for nothing else. We don't sell or share your information with anyone outside the business, other than the booking system needed to run the salon.
This site includes a Google Maps embed to help you find us. Google's own privacy policy applies to that embed.
We keep this information only for as long as we need it to provide our services, or as required by law.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: email sarah@sarahandco.co.za or adi@sarahandco.co.za and we'll action it. If you have a concern we haven't resolved, you can contact the Information Regulator of South Africa.
